GETTING AHEAD OF MENTAL HEALTH w/ Rest Easy Method Founder: Emily Gearing

In honour of Mental Awareness Day we talk to Emily Gearing about how she is helping young people, schools and businesses learn with the right tools and techniques on how to manage their emotions before they become overpowering. Emily suffered from body dysmorphia and anxiety from the age of 10, which inspired her healing journey. Throughout this episode, she discusses how she found her true self and started to live her life's purpose that led her to be the founder of Rest Easy Method. The REST EASY Method is a self-help tool that delivers sustainable, quick results for long term mental wellbeing. Emily was named as one of 8 pioneers in the field of mental health for young people in 2018

Emily has her own podcast called 'Your Wellbeing in Mind' which is available on Spotify, Apple Podcast and all other podcast platforms.
